Revenge of Meta Knight, no question. It's the hardest IMO for its time limit.

Then, The Arena. It's always fun owning bosses over and over again! ^_^

Great Cave Offensive.

Milky Way Wishes is my favorite because it's so much different than the other ones, having to find the abilities instead of eating enemies for them, and being able to get back an ability you lost instantly.

Plus, I love fighting the NOVA heart. Going through NOVA, not so much. But fighting the heart was fun. Marx is ridiculously easy with Plasma btw.
