Meh. We're looking at one of joey's prime cards and one of yugi's....erm....lower ones.

Cons and pros for FS.

Pros:Uh...he can use salamandra to become just as strong as skull. Erm....yeah....
Cons:It's a fusion. 1800 attack power for that? Come out la jinn.

1/5. This card isn't really good in my opinon.

Cons and pros for CG.

Pros:It's a good throw-away monster. Nice to sacrfice for skull.

Cons:...It can be trap holed of course. It's not really all that good. I gotta get to school soon so.....i'm not a "mood".

Flame Swordsman

Pros:
Can't be Trap Holed
Fairly high ATK

Cons:
A Fusion Card
You can get the same ATK with La Jinn

Flame Swordsman isn't what it is cracked up to be. It only has 1800 ATK which won't do well against high level monsters. A poor Fusion monster in my opinion.

Combos:
Flame Swordsman+Salamandra
2500 Attack power!

Rating: 1.5/5

Celtic Guardian

Pros:
Is not effected by Deck Destruction Virus. (Crush Card)

Cons:
Poor stats
No effect

Celtic Guardian is fairly weak card in my opinion. 1400 ATK won't get you that far. Only put this in your deck when they release the Crush Card here in the US.

Combos:
Celtic Guardian+Invigoration
1800 ATK makes it an fairly good monster.

Flame Swordsman! We all know this is one of Joey's favorite cards, attributed to the Bakura's duel eps. Flame Swordsman is as powerful as La Djinn. Slap it on the field and play it, just like Joey does! Eh? What's that? It's a fusion?!

Masaki the Legendary Swordsman makes one appearance in the show. It is absolutely obliterated by a Harpy. The other is Fire Manipulator (or whatever). Both cards suck. The fact that Flame Swordsman is still only the same power as a Djinn is even worse.

But how about attaching Salamandra? That makes it as powerful as a Summoned Skull. Joey even uses it, and it comboes well with the Flame Swordsman. If only it weren't a fusion monster. You have to discard two mons to bring this guy out, while Summoned Skull only takes one. Why use it then?

Celtic Guardian. One of Yugi's cards, and I might add that I'm a fan of it. But not the card itself, the elf man is cool.

Of all translations so far, this is the ****IN' WORST. Celtic Guardian? How do they get that from Elven Swordsman (Yugi calls it Elven Swordsman when he summons it in the first Pegasus duel, isn't that funny?). What's more, this guy ROARS. Does an elf roar? I think not. Celtic Guardian is by far the most ****ed up card.

Now, let's go on. This guy has only 1400 attack, and no effect. That alone makes this guy useless.

Celtic Guardian is made hundreds of times more useless when "Retrained Elven Swordsman" (which will also probably be called Celtic Guardian, since it's the same elf on the picture, except it's shiny!). Retrained Elven Swordsman can't be hurt by cards over 1900 attack power, so if you power it up to 2000 attack power with a lot of powerups, it cannot be hurt except for magic cards!
