Yeeeeesssss. It's another corny title. So yeah it's the black pendant.

Pros:It's good in direct damage decks.....Powers up monsters and when it's sent to the graveyard it does 500 LP damage to your Opponet.

Cons:Well....it's a power up. And IMO powerup's have NEVER been all that good.

Black Pendant. I believe it adds 700 atk, but my memory's not too good.

That's quite a lot compared to most of the other power-ups we've been getting. While Sword of the Deep Seated (Sword of Tenacity) used to be the top card for a few months, it shall be taken out by cards that add 700 attack points.

This one is rather interesting. It's quite a power-boost (and it still is if it only adds 500). Of course, I could tell you the classic La-Djinn equal to Summoned Skull, but that's obvious, and we don't have to do that. The interesting thing is the other thing it does.

If your opponent is low on life points, they won't dare to attack the monster it is attached to your use Heavy Storm. Of course, 500 life points isn't a lot at all, so this goes well in a burner deck, which are decks that "burn" away life points.
