Yeah. This is the powerful version of Darkness Approaches (I think?). You don't have to give anything up, either. So if you're really into flip effects, you may want to pack at least one or two of these.

The Book of Sun is the reverse, I believe; it's pretty useful too, but not quite. After all, Flip effects...

Moon's Book gets a 3.5/5.

BUMP!!!!

Book of Moon has been released, and it's a pretty cool card. It can be used in a lot of situations since it's a Quick Magic Card, gaining priority over everything. If your opponent targets a monster of yours with a magic or trap that requires the monster to be face up, use Book of Moon to flip it face down. Your monster becomes an illegal target so the targeting card "fizzles out".

If you want to pound someone with Fairy Meteor Crush and monsters with such effects, this will come in handy. And of course, it's not Summoned Skull's best friend.

Obviously you can use it to re-use Flip effects; watch out for Nobleman of Crossout though. This can be comboed with Book of Taiyou (Sun's Book) to flip the monster back up again; twice in one turn!
