This card is cool. You can call it Maha Vailo if you want. And so is Delinquint Duo.

Name : Maha Vailo
Elément : Light
Type : Magician
Attack : 1550
Defense : 1400
Level : 4
N° : 93013676
Rarity : Common
Monster Card normal
Description : In addition to the effects of Equip Cards, the ATK of this monster is increased by 500 points for each card equipped to this monster.

Pros: An Axe Of Despair makes this stronger than a BEWD. It's attack power can reach so many levels.... AND IT'S A LEVEL 4!

Cons:..Trap...Hole...?

Rating:4/5

MRL-039
Name : Delinquent Duo
N° : 44763025
Rarity : Common
General magic card
Description : Pay 1000 Life Points. Randomly select and discard 1 card from your opponent's hand. Your opponent then selects and discards another card from his/her hand.

^I did a C+P job, and you're blaming me? I could care less about their rarity.

Maha Vailo. Funny thing is that this spellcaster's a girl. Don't look like it, though.

Anyway, this has to be one of the most kickass effects. If you power-up your monster normally, the card itself powers up BEYOND what that card itself says. It probably is a really underrated card.

Axe of Despair (the most beastly equip card) can attach to this and add 1000. That brings the atk to 2550. Add 500, and it's 3050! Let's do 3 Axes. 6050 atk power! After the first turn it's on the field it's smooth sailing!

4/5

Delinquent Duo

This is a powerful card that is already restricted in Japan (and America?). Anyway, this is definitely hand control, but at least it's random. If you got to see their hand it'd be FUGGIN' INSANE.

But then again, that's a big cost. It goes well in a hand destruction deck.

Well this is my first card review but i simply had to review these cards, my jaw nearly dropped

Maha Vailo, no summons, VERY nice effect, axe of dispair and maleovent nuzzler work nicely as well as much other cards, almost no cons

4.5/5

Delinquent Duo, get rid of some good cards that your opponent might have in there, hell, even block there chances of getting exodia if its smack in there, very nice

4/5

Meh,I go by Japan's rules anyway,so when something DOES become restricted here it doesn't hit me in the face like a cold salmon.

Id like to add something...

The forceful Sentry is better than Deliquent Duo cuz no life point pay and you get to actually look at the cards in your opponents hand and select 1 card...while looking. And if you randomly pick a crappy card then the guy picks another crappy card, its a big waste of 1000 freegen life points.

^But you just put it back in the deck instead of discarding.
