Well.Best english level 4.Completely kills off people who still use 1700 attackers,and 1800 attackers.Beware the rich duelists.
But blood vorse will be better.

er, actually, Goblin Attack Force is the best 4-star, and its effect isn't at all that costly.

Yeah, but Goblin Attack Force goes to defense mode after attacking. Don't get me wrong, I use it, but it's not going to be the only Level 4 attackers.

Your opponent has a gemini elf out, say you have Vorse Raider in your hand, normally it would be a standoff resulting in the destruction of both if you attack, but if you want to keep your vorse raider handy, you better use sword and shield this turn(if you have it in your hand, of course), same goes if your opponent has Goblin attack force, Jirai Gumo, or Dark Elf out, and having a defense of 1200 is amazing, while maintaining a boasting attack power of 1900 at level 4.
