The song in the background is Hot Limit from 5th Mix.

Hot Limit was originally a Japanese song by T.M. Revolution, then the Dancemania (and DDR) version was translated into English and sung by an Italian band, making the lyrics incoherent. If any of you can actually figure out what they're saying, I'll eat my hat.

I saw that months ago, but it is one of the best Animutations I've seen. I didn't know the singer was Italian though. It sounded like he had a Japanese accent, but it doesn't matter. It's still hilarious.
