My second one.Bwahahaha.

My 2d CotD shall be scapegoat,which was just released here in the Joey starter.

I don't have the detailed description with me,but pretty much you place 4 tokens on the field(0 attack,0 defense) which cannot be tributed.It's great it your opponent tributes for a BEWD or something,giving you a couple turns to find a way to destroy it.But if your facing a playamillionlevel4sbeatdown, scapegoat won't buy you much time.
And contrary to popular belief,if you don't have 4 spaces to spare,you CANNOT play this card and fill up 2 or 3 spaces.CANNOT.so Nyeah.
of course,there are a few nice combos that can be used with this card.
Scapegoat+power of teamwork:A nice 3200 power bonus if I did the math correctly.A little situational,however.
Scapegoat+cannon soldier-That's right.Slaughter the poor little things to do 2000 damage to your opponent.If you use amazon archer instead,make that 2400 damage.This is sneaky because most people won't bother magic-jammering a scapegoat,then when you throw cannon soldier/amazon archer on the field,there's very little that can counter their effect.

Oh well..Overall,nice multi-purpose stall card.

3/5, it needs a little assistance from cards like cannon soldier, if used for things other than stalling.
0.5/5, won't help you if your opponent is using ultimate offering and a million of level 4s
