Orca: Link needs to contact to activate nightkill ability?
Beetle: Like the Happy Mask Man from round 2?
Medli: Needs to do something to give Link Master Sword/Contact with Valoo
Makar: Invisible(When beat ToG he is invisible until you beat the Earth Temple.)/part two of giving Link the Master Sword (Hostage?)
Valoo: Contact with Medli
Prince Komali , Great Deku Tree and Jabu(?): Need to send Link stones to give him the Master Sword.
Cabana Door: Roleblocker (He won't let you though without the deed)

Independant:

Mila: Theif
Tingle: Theif/hostage
Killer Bees: Roleblockers/Theives
Gohdan: Suicider/Still another way for Link to get MS

Mafia:
Gannon: Can't be nightkilled without Master Sword
