He does... technically. But its only for like 10 seconds or so in the credits. :/

Yeah, aside from that there's no sign of him in the game though. Just mentioned a few times like his wish on Star Road.

Well, Joker probably just confirmed himself as town. Post restrictions seem unlikely for a mafia member, unless there is some character in the game it makes sense for. (and I haven't played SMRPG to know)

Ah yes, I had forgotten, although that's about as serious as the Pac-Man, Unnecessary Cameo role. I'm still going to hold scepticism for the actual role claim itself until later.

I'm going to sit down and think about this one. While you are right that post restriction tend to favour Townies, I don't want to make an early error by assuming it to be absolutely true.
