Actually, where is SP? For a vet, you've been awfully quiet. Let's take a look at some of what you have said.

Why neither of us is dead is a fair question. If I assume, for a moment, that you're mafia, it makes perfect sense that you're still alive. And perhaps it makes sense that I'm still alive, if you're worried people might still be working under the assumption that one of us is on either side of this game. Maybe that's why Marchie, who suggested it first, died first. As for why Panfan died, my guess would, under this assumption, be that you wouldn't think S1x would put the cop role in so obvious a target as the townie vet.

So, SP, any thoughts on my thoughts?

Sometimes real life takes its tolls. I've been particularly busy this week with little to no access to a computer at home. The only time I do get on the computer is at work while the recptionist is on break, and that's only for half an hour. Half an hour is not enough for me to really examine what people have said--in addition with whatever other work I may have. It doesn't matter the size of the game--I like to be as thorough as I can. Despite that, you're saying that what I do have is not even contributing at all--that I'm not explaining it.

I also tend to see both sides of something. But in this case, very well--I shall explain my reasoning of my statements to you since you decided to bring the fire over to me. I have some time now.

At first, when I said that one vet could be mafia and one vet could be town--it would pose a problem, mostly because I got the impression that the mafioso would be the more intelligent and detail-oriented vet--TML at the time. Now it's you. Based on the way S1x set this game up, (and he probably should have posted those a little less publically, especially when it came to replacements), it gave me the impression about how the vets had their roles assigned.

Then after I thought that through, I realized the benefits of having both vets as townies. They'd both help the town achieve its goal.

But now on Day Three, with both Marchie and Panfan killed because they were the talkative ones, and considering that both vets are still alive, and that you're accusing me of being quiet, I'm now more convinced that one vet is mafia and one vet is town. Whether I'm on the side of the mafia or the town, I'm rather quiet. It's really nice to know that you think I'm mafia, by the way. :) I know people should offer any sort of information in general, but thank you for prompting me. Really.

I could say the same for you--if you are mafia, it makes sense you're still alive. If I had been talking more, I'd have been killed a long time ago. But as usual, the mafia takes advantage of my lack of talkativity to fly under the radar.

If I was mafia, I wouldn't even bother with killing the vets. It'd be too obvious. I think Panfan and Marchie were targeted for their talkativity. Either that or the mafia has a cop of their own.

In the end, I'm thinking you could be lying, and you're thinking that I could be lying. Those are my thoughts.

As apathetic as the town has been, I'd have no good reason to bring the fire under anyone as mafia. Especially not the person who'd have the most experience and ability defend herself.

So what do you think about the rest of the bunch? There's Speed, who's been around without posting any substantial speculation since day 1. There's 1-up, who waited an in-game day to answer a question I gave him, and complained that this game was somehow too demanding for him to play at the same time as he was a relatively inactive townie ZM player. Then there's SK, who hasn't said anything this entire game except that he forgot he was in it, and then didn't come back and post anything.

At this point I'd say the one most likely to be mafia besides SP and Mr. Goodman...would be 1-up.

He was evasive of questions, he wasn't active in either mafia game.

I think the safe bet would be to lynch 1-up...

Frankly, Speed--I don't blame you. You don't know much about a person, you can't figure out what to think of them.

And that leads into the answering of your next question, DT. In my eyes, all three of them are guilty. I can't seem to figure out who would be the guilty one. The question is, which one should we lynch?

I also like how near-immediately, Speed volunteered 1-up as being Mafia. Speed. Why so convinced we should lynch 1-up, even with your reasons above?

Unlike SK who is inactive for the sake of being inactive.

1-up suggested that he was too active elsewhere to be active here.

Well this aint' exactly time consuming and he wasn't that active in the other place so it seems pretty likely that it was lie.

Now the only motives I could see for lying are...if he was a town cop.

Interesting. If Speed is a townie and wrong about 1-up, the mafia can come up and end this game. If that doesn't happen, (at least) one of them is mafia unless the mafia just aren't paying attention.

Aaaaaand I have to call it right there. The Mafia automatically take the game by selecting a random Townie and easily killing them with no struggle whatsoever.

That didn't exactly go the way I wanted to... but I still want people to learn from this, somehow. So, don't reveal yourselves just yet.

Anybody that looked over these 3 days, even those of you that were not participating in this game, which of these 5 people do you think were the Mafia and why?

DT was one of my main suspicions as mafia. The other one I really wouldn't know because the rest of the players were all like :X and didn't say much.

It's a shame that the best way to blend in with the town these days is to be apathetic about the game. There's no sport in it as mafia and it's frustrating as a townie. It's hardly worth playing.
