Mostly because of the last part of her response post. I understand what you read in the post, but what hit me most was the last part of the post about her 'voting the way she does', and I thought that made it pretty clear (to me at the very least) that she's not voting abstain because she really wants the town to abstain. I thought she maybe didn't want to lynch (or at least not irrationally) on day 1, but I never got the impression she actually wanted to abstain-- but now that I reread this, I understand where you may have gotten that impression, and I'll stop bugging you about it. x{D

clarification:

I got the impression that maybe she didn't want a lynch on day 1, or maybe just not one without anything to back it up, but I never got the feeling that she wanted the town to vote abstain and end the day EARLY, as I feel you thought she wanted.

I think we just read her post in two different ways, is all.

Even if that's the case, I don't think the two ways are equally valid. She was responding to a post questioning why she voted abstain. In fact, in my post which you quoted a bit earlier, I point out that I understood the reasoning in not lynching on day 1 except insofar as it explains why she voted abstain. You seem to assume that because I don't accept that particular explaination that I'm assuming a specific other one.

I got to work from 1-9pm est and won't return home til about 10pm est.

Since the end of the day is coming I could understand if people voted for me because I can't guarantee I will return on time.

At least we got some material up on Day 1. Day 2 will be more productive.

As a result of my actions the mafia is gonna throw one or two posting restrictions on me tonight just to make the townies think I'm pulling a Wyborn fear gaze stunt on Day 2. So don't be surprised about that.

zg, by "freaking the **** out" i didn't mean going nuts over it, its just that when i go "hey guy that was a joke chill" i don't really expect a paragraph explaining why he thought it wasn't a joke, a bunch of other paragraphs explaining other things to other people, and a bunch of vague claims so much as "oh i thought it wasn't a joke thats cool bro"

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. I meant that in that post, I got the impression that she didn't want to lynch, but didn't want the town as a whole to actually vote abstain, whereas I believe you did get that impression.
