For instance I couldn't confirm that a person was telling the truth if they said they were shrunken last night and can only talk in size 1 text.

What I also forgot is it seems no one was actually affected by chance time? No one got any PM or anything that said their night action was affected by a tornado or something?

Although I've never played MP1, the MP series is pretty obsessed with random effects. I'd assume whoever it chose got a random status effect, got an item, lost an item, etc. It's also possible that it didn't hit anyone.

...Really now, what does anyone expect to accomplish talking about Chance Time? Everyone either doesn't know or isn't likely to speak of it; and even if you do somehow manage to figure out what it does, then what? That sort of information is worthless. -_-
