DAY 1

There is never a dull moment in these parts. The local Game Show was to get a Special Guest. The Princess has called a meeting of it’s allies, and the Markets are bustling with activity. Unfortunately, this would be the last normal day for the Mushroom Kingdom for a long long time.

It started with an unorthodox attack staged by Bowser. Unlike previous attacks that started with his soldiers trying to push their way in, they were attacking from a distance. This did not faze the Mushroom Kingdom’s army however as they descended on the source of the fireballs. However, when they got to the source, they found that the fireballs were coming from a machine that was randomly aiming at nothing. Almost immediately a loud roar of laughter surrounded the people of the town. This was followed by a deep voice that many had known as Bowser’s. “You idiotic morons!” yelled Bowser with his usual arrogance. “You fell for my best trap yet! Even now, I’ve already entered the town disguised as normal folk! You’ll never find me now! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!”

Of course, it didn’t take long before the entire town jumped out of their houses, and into a frenzy. They all tried to push their way out, and some were even pulled out of town against their will, until only a 5th of the population was left.

While these townsfolk are looking around nervously, one of them jumps up and starts to speak. "Why are we just sitting around waiting for Bowser to take over?" "You want to fight Bowser? Be my Guest." Said one of the paranoid Townies. "Look around us."Said the brave Townie" We know Bowser is somewhere around here. Why isn't he coming out to attack us yet?". The Brave Townie waited to see if an answer came out for a few seconds, then he continued. "He can't because we outnumber him! If he reveals himself, we can overpower him! We can use this to our advantage" Then the Townie pulls out an object that leaves all the townies frozen in fear.

It was a noose, made with rope. "I remember reading a story of how a small town rid themselves of a bunch of Mafiosi by holding day-long meetings to decide who to lynch. It is in this way that we'll rid ourselves of Bowser!"

Some of the townsfolk sneered at the idea, but soon they all agreed that this was the only good choice in this situation. "Good" said the Townie. "We'll come back here tomarrow and decide who to lynch. Don't be late!"

It was with these words that everyone seperated, getting things that would help them in tomorrow’s events. Food, Weapons, whatever. Some readied their minds and bodies, while others set their own plans in motion.

The next day, the number of Townies had increased. It made the other Townies more nervous, maybe Bowser has brought reinforcements. Of course this emotion was replaced by another thought. Where is the Townie that suggested the meetings? After looking around the immediate area, two Townies found that the castle door was open, and near the door was a red footprint. On the inside, they found the Townie, tied to the chandelier by his own noose, disemboweled, a Genie Lamp in his left hand and a note nailed to his head.

One of the Townies reads out loud.

So, you think that if you do these "Lynch Meetings" that you'll be safe? Ha! Well, since I’m such a nice koopa, we'll give you a choice. Surrender like good little Toadies, or for every day that you don't surrender, we'll kill one of you!

It was too late to surrender. Now that the Town's Courage has reached a breaking point, they wouldn't stop until thier dying breath. They took the Townie down, and properly buried him, with a wood sign.

Townie was Russ T., Educated Bookworm, Townie Aligned

The Blood was cleaned and chairs were moved from other rooms so everyone can have a seat. One of the Townies put a Large Cake in the center for everyone to eat. And the Conversing began....

It takes 10 people to lynch.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAnd begin.

Well I suppose that writeup confirms Bowser as part of the mafia. So that's something, even if it was to be expected.

Yeah I would say Bowser is pretty much a confirmed townie as well.

Just as an FYI to the town if anyone is curious I can pretty much confirm that the characters in this game are NOT limited to one specific game. One may argue that giving away this information is not good because it gives the mafia many 'safer' (in quotes since I can't think of a better term) claims than usual.

The reason I reveal this information (even though it's not all that great) is because the mafia likely consists of characters from other games as well so they there's a good chance they partially started out with this information.

My proof of this is from my role, which is from a game that I'd consider isn't quite as popular as the other titles that a Mario mafia game would most likely be based off of.

The other thing is I'm aware that Bowser has an army, however I can't elaborate what that means exactly because my role simply does not elaborate on it. However, I believe it's safe to conclude that Bowser doesn't literally have an 'army' but rather a 'mafia.'

So yeah that's all I'll say for now. It's not much but at least we know Bowser is in the game, and that he most likely isn't the SMRPG type of guy. In addition, hopefully some people are now aware that this mafia covers multiple Mario games instead of a particular one if they weren't already.
