In my defense if you look at a lot of my past experience in mafia games I am often very quiet when I'm mafia and am afraid to take risks. When I am not mafia I have a tendency to take more risks. I had done so in Mafia 2 as an indy trying to find mafia with mega post of doom, I had tried designating the SSB crate to a townie on day in in SSB Mafia. Had I been mafia I most likely would probably just go with the flow of things and try to blend in.

Of course you guys have reasons to suspect me but if you think about it not many people took great risks as mafia. The only people famous for pulling off amazing stunts as Mafia are probably Wyborn voting abstain and fear gazing himself in Mafia 1 and SD claiming that scholar guy in TML's TP mafia.

Generally I try to think a step ahead of what could happen if I take a risk. However I am by no means spontaneous which is why I am having trouble getting out of this situation right now.

So I would ask if you guys could consider my mafia behavior in all the games I've played and see if it is consistent with the style I play in most games. To you guys I could look like mafia but I would hope that such a chance I am is very small in your eyes.

However ZG brings up a good point about me possibly being a jester. You can say my behavior is quite strange and relate my actions to being an indy better than you could as a mafia. But I am no indy at all. I'm not a jester or lyncher or survivor or any of the like.

If the above post still does not convince you, then I urge you to lynch me for possibly being an indy rather than a mafia.

I have more things to say but they're not that important at the moment. I got work so I'll be back in about 7 or 8 hours. Don't lynch me while I'm gone. And I am not double checking my post before I post it so if something looks scummy don't freak out immediately. I will readdress my mistakes when I return if there are any.

Does it really help, Blake, to point out that you aren't doing the things that you are aware have been characteristic of your behavior as mafia before? Your awareness of those things you think would give you away would lead you to avoid those patterns if you were mafia now, wouldn't they?

I try not to care much about what people say, but really; pretty much all of your posts seem to me like you're trying to appear 'helpful' or 'town' while not actually doing much. And if you actually are then there's no reason to even bother with that sort of thing... -_-

I've read through the whole thing today and here are my thoughts:

I think that Blake is the most suspicious right now; maybe because he's doing all the talking or maybe because he is implying that he is just a regular townie. I don't know, but I think that a mafia would say something along those lines as well. If you're a mafia, you're not going to come out and say it.

Also, I agree with Deku Trii. If Blake is aware of his patterns, then it's easier for him to alter them.

Somebody's past in mafia games doesn't matter. Pretty much anybody can take their actions from a past game as mafia and switch that around to make them look town.

I'm not saying the post makes you mafia, just pointing that out.

DT, your reaction is odd because you've been in many previous games with ZG and you should know by now that she always votes to see reactions, changing it and doing odd things (primarily on Day 1). Also, after you asked why she was voting Abstain, she said "just shaking things up"... never once did she ever even kind of imply that she actually wanted to abstain.

I find it odd that you seem to think she actually wants an abstain. Tell me, where exactly did she imply or state that? Because to me it seems you just want an excuse to chew out somebody. :{P

BTW out of curiosity: why's everyone suddenly jumped on the Blake bandwagon? I don't think he's really done anything that would make him look mafia aside from really odd reasoning in a tiredpost. Bloodthirsty much? ;{D

(Unless some people just want a day one lynch, but in that case we should maybe relax a little and talk it over before lynching someone on absolutely no basis.)

I'm pretty sure I didn't accuse her of wanting to abstain, CL. Indeed, if there is a suspicion that I have it's that she may have voted abstain to draw attention to herself. To what end, I'll have to see. In my posts, you might have noticed that I considered jester as a possibility.

Naturally, I'm also considering both more sinister and more innocent possibilities.

I want a day one lynch personally, I got a pretty good gut feeling about this one. Part of me is doubting it, but, you gotta take risks, haha.
