Animal Crossing Mafia: Town Wins

It's time for our game to begin!

Rules-

1. The days are seperated into Day and Night Phases. It is the Day phase where all of the conversations and voting will take place. During this time, the Town will be searching for the Mafia and vote for them. The Day phase usually lasts 5 real-life days, after which the Night Phase will begin, which is where you’ll be using Items and Abilities. The night phase usually lasts 3 real-life days, and if you don’t send your actions in, you will have done nothing.

2. If you believe that a certain person is Mafia, than you can vote for them. Votes are not valid unless the vote is in bold (ex: Vote: Irby). You can only have one vote at a time. If you attempt to vote for two people, only the first vote will be valid. If you want to change your vote, you must first unvote (ex: Unvote: Irby) and then vote for the next person. Usually it will take half of the current players to “exile” someone. Once someone has gotten enough votes, they are officially “exiled” and no longer allowed to take part in the game (one goodbye post is allowed but not required), then the day ends and goes into Night. You can also cast an FoS (Finger of suspicion) on someone. This shows that you are suspicious of someone , but not enough to vote for them. It works like a Vote in that you must bold it for it to count (Ex: FoS: Irby. You can also Un-FoS someone, but unlike Votes, you can FoS as many people as you want.

3. During the night, you have a set number of “Night Actions”. If you have an ability, it will use up one night action, and will usually be the last thing you do. You can also Use an Item or trade an item for a night action. The action that is new to this game is “Dig”, which is a specific action that can get you bells or an item. However, you must also add which acre you want to “dig” in, as it could determine what item you get.

4. Everyone in this game has a set amount of bells. You can get bells from either the HRA (who will rate you on your playing style), and from digging. There are two shops you can buy items at.
-The Secret Nook: A store hidden beneath Tom Nook’s closed shop. Sells normal items
-The Able Shop- A store that sells shirts.
Going to these stores does not constitute as a night action and it is possible to buy more than one item.

5. Do not edit your post. Depending on the severity, you may only get a warning, or a night action removed for the next night, but if anything was confirmed removed from your post while editing, you can be modkilled.

6. Directly Quoting the PM, depending on the severity, will have anything from one night action taken away, to modkill.

7. Talking to anyone about the game’s workings outside of it, if you are caught, will result in immediate Modkill. No exceptions, including Game-Ending Ones.

8. Any questions concerning your role should be asked to me in PM only. Understand, however, that this does not mean I need to give you the answer you want.
