At any rate, I don't think I can throw together a top-100 list, and I hate putting some games over others; I like some games for some reasons, and other games for different reasons. Well, since everyone else is doing it, I'll post my list.
I'm counting all versions, clones, and ripoffs of Tetris as one game, since I don't want the top 20 to all be Tetris games.
1. Tetris
After that the order's messed up and the top 20 would probably consist of:
Cave Story
A few Zelda games (LA, OoA, OoS, none of the crappy 3D ones)
Wario Land II, maybe III as well
Wario Ware, and maybe Twisted
SSBM
Katmari Damacy
Kirby Superstar and Kirby: The Amazing Mirror

SkiFree would be somewhere over here

2. IM me, whilst demanding a ROM of Seiken Densetsu 3.
3. Wait for it to File Transfer.
4. Play Seiken Densetsu 3.
5. Be amazed.

The game goes back and forth with Chrono Trigger for best game ever on my list.

Yeah, but I have the ROM with the best translation I could find. I think the site I got it from got shut down, so good luck finding one with the same quality.

Oh, and I never got into ToS. Probably because of the voice-acting.

Well, it's not that the voice-acting was bad, it's that there was voice-acting at all.

I mean, I'd just turn the sound down, but the music was too good, and at some points in the game you're forced to listen to it if you want the story to move.

But...yes, during the time I played it, I constantly expected Lloyd to shout "TITANS! GO!"

It's not bad once you get used to it.

Kratos' voice is awesome, by the way. Which is why I've picked him both times I've played.

I've actually pretty much completed my second playthrough. My characters are all nearing level 100, so Mithos/Yggdrasil is dead.
