It was never confirmed that Q was a robot.

I don't know what Q is, but I wish he had more backstory. :/ Why couldn't he be in SF4? Or Makoto? Or Dudley?

theory: Q is bison

it would have made sort of sense if sf4 was after sf3, but now it doesn't. why would you disguise yourself if everyone knew you were alive
