I really didn't like Fusion that much... it's a toss-up. Super Metroid was AWESOME, but Prime was SO CLOSE... ugh... um... I guess I have to say Super Metroid.

Choosing between Super Metroid and Metroid Prime is really difficult, but... my vote would have to go to Metroid Prime.
