Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within for example, but what baffles me is how the movie could feel so little like its namesake and yet be made by Square itself rather than an outside studio... |

Woo will direct the games' cinematics, oversee the story and voice talent, supervise motion capture and manage the character designs." Woah ho ho, hold up. What's this supposed to mean? Games based on the movie(s)? |

Face it, Nintendo handles the GBA games and they'd be stupid to take the GameCube Metroid games from Retro Studio's capable hands. I'm more than sure that the games that are supposedly in development are original concepts from Tiger Hill. I'm not worried at all. It would also be very stupid for them to develop a game based on the movie that is based on the games. [ April 08, 2004, 01:08 PM: Message edited by: Jimmy ] |

| Guest | Well, actually, I see some great potential in some games to become movies, especially ones with great storylines (earthbound, for example), but I can't really see any of the metroid games being turned into movies, with the exception of metroid fusion. |
