Next Metroid game

What do you think the next Metroid game will be about?
There are a few loose ends to cover:
-What is the Federation going to do about Samus's destruction of the X?
-Are there more Federation-created Metroids?
-What happened to the Space Pirates Metroids?

Well, I wouldn't doubt that both the Federation and the Pirates have Metroids. (Cloning, anyone?)

I'm thinking Samus will have to run off to Tallon IV (Or perhaps another planet that the Chozo may have visisted and left stuff behind) and hide from BOTH the federation and the Pirates, and in the process, regain her original suit.

That would be interesting, and perhaps more stealth-based? There's also another point. What is the ultimate source of Phazon? This world likely has Metroids on it, especially Metroid-Prime-like creatures.
