Of course, but coming here and asking that is like going to the Zelda forum or Mario forum and asking them if you should buy a Zelda/Mario game. What'cha wanna do for best results is go to a general gaming forum like VGF Main or Gamecube.

No. Of course not. Metroid is the worst series EVER. We only come here to futilely find some redeeming qualities of the series.

^ Heh. I'd recommend Super Metroid, or Metroid:ZM as the best in the series. Get Prime if you're into exploration and don't have a grudge against FPS. It's an FPS engine, but the game feels different.

ZM's a great game... I bought it last Sunday and beat it a few days ago... for the first time. I plan to beat it several more times.

Several hundred, that is. I'm getting EVERY SINGLE ending.

You as well, PK? I get bored and beat it again, like Mario 1. Definitely one of the best games I've ever played.

That's a silly question. Of course you should buy a Metroid game. I'd avoid Metroid II for a first impression though.

Thumbs up

Being unable to beat the game in a short span of time, I just found the ending pics online. I am a cheap bastard.
