No matter what game I'm playing, I'm thrilled once I get the Plasma Beam. Other than that, I really liked the Ice Beam (for freezing enemies and using them as platforms) and the Nova Beam (which was basically just a Super Plasma Beam). How about you? What was your favorite beam to get? |

I was just playing a romhack of Metroid called Metroid X, though, and I definitely have gotta say that my favorite of the different weapons in the first Metroid is the Wave Beam. Shooting through walls is badassed. |
