There are things wrong with that.

1. Master Chief is supposed to be a cyborg thing.

2. What happened to Samus's Arm Cannon? Isn't that actually her arm?

1. Who cares? According to Capcom robots can go through puberty. And it made for a great joke.

2. I believe Samus' right arm goes into the arm cannon and it works like a regular gun, with a trigger and all. I could be mistaken, though.

... Samus has two normal looking arms. The arm cannon goes over her right hand (and part of the forearm). It's evident if you've played Zero Mission... or really, most any of the Metroid game and gotten the good endings. ^__^

Don't know about Master Chief, but cyborgs are partly human, too. >_> Who's to say which part is which?

Nope. The arm cannon is part of the suit.

In Prime, if you use the X-ray visor, you can her hand INSIDE the cannon.

Plus, the kid would be....2/3 human and 1/3 Chozo?
