Tomonobu Itagaki, the guy who dreamed up 'Dead or Alive', was accused of sexual harassment by a female coworker at Tecmo. She later dropped the suit, and both of them took a slap for unprofessionalism. The company line is that no sexual harassment took place. So that's that.

With the games he makes, though, I wouldn't be surprised if he did.

Although this issue ties the DoA creator a little closer to Michael Jackson: They both have a light complexion, are often seen wearing dark glasses, and have been accused of sexual harassment.
