-Podiums victory after races (instead of interview after races)

-safety car- after crash or in rain (it should be a playbale bonus car after we finish carrermode)

- Highlights - after a race apart from normal replay there should be a Highlights option - there you can se best moments of race (start and finish, crashes and mistakes, pit stops and best overtakes moments in the race)

-mail box in carrer mode (its nice to become gratulations after good race or qualifcations, jobs oferts, info about test and changes in other teams)

-BE A DRIVER & MANAGER- this could be a option in carrer mode (we can play as a driver or driver&manager). THe difrence to normal carrer mode is:
-we can change our team mate or select test drivers,
-choose what elemnts should be improved in car (in first part o sezon that should be the gearbox and engine and in the and we can imrpoved aerodynamics)
-we must chose and find sponsors for the team (but i think that the license for f1 dont allow to drive ferrari with red bull logo :-))
-decide ho much tests between the sezons (there should be a option to test betwen the sezons - not obligatory to play)
-how much money invest for team mate and creew (faster improvment of car, faster pit-stops, better results from team mate)

In f1 2010 we recive money, but thats all. In this mode we can do smothing with this money, and it is very important to gain a lot of money to be a strong team (after sezon end bonus for team and driver position)

-SPECIAL EVENTS - There should be a race callendar for the sezon in carrer mode. In this calendar apart from all GP's and tests should be a SPECIAL EVENTS . 4 or 6 times in year we can participate in promotion events with our team (RENAULT F1 TEAM SHOW, Red Bull F1 Running Showcar, Fanali Mundiali Ferrari ). On oryginal track we can take a
burnouts make a slaloms or head 2 head races with team mates and test drivers.

-change team in folowing sezon - When your results are very impresive you can become offerts from better team, and change the team after half-time of sezon. When your result are disappointing you manager can retard you, and you must search for position i weak team.

-In carrer mode when we play the futured sezons (2012, 2013...) it should be mark with the date (on podium, on start of the race - GP Japan 07.10.2014) that give more realism.

-There races in futured sezon can be changed in order (in sezon 2015 cann we start the sezon in brasil and the last race in sezon 2017 could be in the Japan).

- the RPG driver- in f1 2010 we have only one parameter - we can reach only the levels. In f1 2011 the driver should be define with 5 parameters:

-Overtaking
-corrner driving
-reflex
-psychic
-in rain driving

The sezon we start as a newcomer driver, and after a 2-3 sezons we can be top driver
