It's a relaxation game. Make sure you make it to the end (where you reach the pond) for maximum relaxation.

Personally, I found it pretty relaxing. It's a single-button game, and it speaks a bit about philosophy while it's doing it's thing.

And it proves Ebert wrong; I was actually thinking about that in the 2nd or 3rd stage, & then they even mentioned it in the closing credit. Vely nice. Although I don't much care for how long it takes to restart if you mess up.
