Fighter pilots, firefighters, & lifeguards all need to make creative on-the-fly decisions which no current automaton can even approximate. Lifeguards also serve as a policing force, just as much about preventing dangerous situations as solving them.
Domestics and optometrists also have to make non-automated decisions all the time.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I don't think these jobs are going away soon. They all involve handling people, which are the slipperiest, most unexpected thing in the world.

However, I'd be willing to have a sexy robot maid in my house. Even if it doesn't clean well, or regularly topples over furniture.

Pssh. We already have robots which move around and shoot guns. The US Military uses them all the time. It's just that this time, it has a creepy, creepy face on it.

You can also add projectionists to that list. I used to work at a multiplex. Now it's all digital, and they fired all their projectionists. Not quite as glamorous as fighter pilot, but extinct all the same.
