Smilies of Strangeness

Chunky and I were playing a game on a whim. Basically, he'd give me a very uncommon (possibly never created) smilie, and it was my job to come up with a description of what that smilie was. The key is to be creative and not just come up with the easy answer; for example:

O:O -- An angel screaming because he's going down a hill on a roller coaster
>

-- A guy who's upset because he just looked in the mirror and saw someone draw a V on his head in permanent marker
:H -- A cartoon character who can't close his mouth because someone put a stick in it
XZ -- A guy with a really bad plastic surgeon

So here's the name of the game.

I'll start by throwing out a completely random strange smiley.

You guys try to create clever interpretations for the smiley. After a little while, I'll choose whom I think did the best job, and they'll get a point. And we'll keep going. Sound good?
