Do ONLY the "Super NES" game cartridges work with it? Do the "standard Nintendo" game cartridges work with it? I could sure you some clear direction on this, so I could purchase the correct game cartridges for my child this Christmas. Thanks! |

The Super Game Boy goes into the Super Nintendo just like a regular Super Nintendo game, but has a slot on the top where you can insert Game Boy games. Absolutely no Game Boy Advance games work with the Super Game Boy. You will need a device for the Gamecube called the Game Boy Player if you wish to play Game Boy Advance games on your television. The Game Boy Player also supports those Game Boy Color games with the clear cartridge, but some do not function properly. ![]() Where are these lemmings going? The Super Nintendo Super Shire! They look relatively similar, but I wasn't sure if they would work together or not. |
