Two brain cells and all that... if you could help me with some, I'd appreciate it.

This is how it works:
EXAMPLE...
16 = O in a P
ANSWER...16 = OUNCES in a POUND

1. 26 = L of the A
2. 7 = W of the A W
3. 2001 = A N
4. 12 = S of the Z
5. 54 = C in a D (with the J's)
6. 9 = P in the S S
7. 88 = P K
8. 13 = S on the A F
9. 32 = D F at which W F
10. 18 = H on a G C
11. 90 = D in a R A
12. 200 = D for P G in M
13. 12 = S on a F C C
14. 3 = B M ( S H T R )
15. 4 = Q in a G
16. 24 = H in a D
17. 1 = W on a U
18. 4 = D in a P C
19. 57 = H V
20. 11 = P in a C T
21. 1000 = W that a P is W
22. 29 = D in F in L P
23. 64 = S on a C
24. 40 = D and N of the G F

Here are the ones I can work out:
1. 26 Letters of the Alphabet
2. 7 Wonders of the Ancient World
3.
4. 12 Signs of the Zodiac
5. 54 Cards in a Deck (with that Jacks)
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.
11.
12. 200 Dollars for Passing Go in Monopoly
13.
14.
15.
16.
17. 1 Wheel on a Unicycle
18. 4 Digits in a Post Code (... uh, it was an aussie site)
19.
20.
21. 1000 Words that a Picture is Worth
22.
23.
24. 40 Days and Nights of the Great Flood (???? I'm not certain of this one!)

Do you recognise any of the unanswered ones? Uhh rewards... you'll earn Skill Points for all correct answers!! And speshul marshmallows... LOL

Cool, I've seen one of these years ago.

Here's what I got looking through it:

5. 54 = Cards in a Deck (with the Joker's)
16. 24 = Hours in a Day (How'd you miss that one Moshy? )
19. 57 = Heinz Varieties (This one was one the one I done ages ago)

Er, that's all, but I think no. 22 might have something to do with February on a leap year, if only the last letter was a Y instead of a P.

In addition to what you have:

3. 2001 Arabian Nights (?)
6. 9 Planets in the Solar System
7. 88 Piano Keys
8. 13 Stripes on the American Flag
9. 32 Degrees Farenheit at which Water Freezes
10. 18 Holes on a Golf Course
11. 90 Degrees in a Right Angle
14. 3 Blind Mice (See How They Run)
15. 4 Quarts in a Gallon
16. 24 Hours in a Day
19. 57 Heinz Varieties
20. 11 Players in a Cricket Team*
22. 29 Days in February in LeaP years
23. 64 Spaces on a Chessboard
24 is correct.

A very odd combination; the quart-gallon system and American flag alongside a cricket team.

*I admit I looked this one up. But I could neither figure nor find the answer to #13.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Sweet, I need more skill points. I spent them all on spellcasting, and forgot that I also need some dex too.

3. 2001 = A N
Arabian Nights? No, that 1001, right?
8. 13 = S on the A F
Stripes on the American Flag
20. 11 = P in a C T
Players on a cricket team? The only (team with >= 11 players) sport I can think of with a C is cricket.
22. 29 = D in F in L P
Yeah, I think it's days in February, like Stu said
23. 64 = S on a C
Squares on a chessboard

[edit: I see the Cap'n has beaten me to the punch]
