I personally use the SAflashplayer7.exe file, found in the Flash Players folder of the actual maker's program. I'm not sure about this, but the wording of the licence seems to indicate that this file can be distributed for free.

Failing finding that, just do as it was said earlier and right-click and 'open with' IE or Firefox.
