GIF animator programs

Does anyone know of any good GIF animator programs? I don't want any of those ones that cost money or put their logo on the gifs and I want something that lets you customize the speed and crap, so does anyone know of any?

Don't know the website off the top of my head. Don't have time to look it up. So Google this: "GIF Construction Set Pro". It's a shareware download, but you can use it indefinitely.

I'm sorry, but you're not getting a good Gif animator without money. GCSP sucks. I used to have it. It screwed up the colors badly and had naked people everywhere. It was also a pain in the ass to use.

Animation Shop is a wonderful program, but you will have to pay for it. If you can get Paint Shop Pro v.7 off eBay and make sure it says "Comes with Animation Shop v.3", it should only cost $30 (maybe even less - that's how much I paid for it, and that was a while ago), and you'll get both a very nice paint program as well as a very nice Gif animator.

Well, there's Unfreez, but it practically just animates your .gifs. Nearly no features, but it's the only one that's truly free.

www.gimp.org - Kinda screwy workflow for animations, but it allows full customisation once you download the GIMP Animation Package. Fully free.
CoffeCup Gif Animator is 10 bucks, and is really what you're looking for.
EasyToon - black and white only, fully free, but has ONION SKINNING! Awesome for avatars.
