I got X-rays today and I have 3. One on bottom and two on top. They're being removed on the 16th.

I never got mine pulled, so I got these things that are supposed to be braces but look and feel like a transmission gearbox. But still, pulling them sucks more. Hope you feel better soon.

Mine are sideways, so I actually will NEED to get them removed, but I've never understood why people with straight wisdom teeth cut 'em out.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

^They're really hard to reach with a toothbrush or the tool the dentists use for selencing(sp) like what they do to our 12-year-molars (Which are also rather hard to reach with a toothbrush). I also hear the roots may cause nerve damage or holes in the sinuses, but that's probably if they develop wrong or if a complication happens during the procedure.

Got mine surgically removed about a year ago. My bottom two got infected, and since my dentist already told me a couple years earlier that they were going to have to be removed, we decided to just remove all four of them while I was under.

I still have them in a little paper pouch.

Two of my top molars were removed right before I got braces. That's about as much as I can relate to the issue.

I had them removed a few years ago. And, for good measure, I got my 12-year molars out too. It's great; it's much easier taking care of just twenty-four teeth. Plus, my skull is now, like, thirty grams lighter.
