Could someone reply to me and tell me who to avoid and who to be friends with and who are the top dogs that over power all.Thank you.

Pretty much anyone who is a mod is an active, important member; admins doubly so. There are a few who aren't mods, though; I'll let you figure who's who by yourself. ^.^

Perhaps a visit to The Newbie Forum would be in order; at least read the FAQ thread there.
