They do. They also have laws about, you know, killing people and driving drunk, but people still kill people and drive drunk anyway.

There was a kid once who found a rabbit in his back yard and nursed it back to health. He then posted it on eBay saying that if he didn't get at least 10g for it he was going to have it for supper. He got more than he asked for along with several death threats. Now that's genius!
