^Yeah, sure. I bet there aren't vicious Lawyer-Gnomes looking to exploit every little thing or little xenophobic Gnome groups looking to attack other Gnome groups out of ignorance.

Besides, with the current administration as the standard, I guess you could make all kinds of screwups and start wars and whatnot and the people would still re-elect you.
