Want To Share Something With Y'all, But Need Some Help

In my TVP class, we had to film music videos, there were two groups per class, which totaled in 6 videos, that I'd like to share with you all.

If anyone knows how to convert something on a DVD-R into a sharable format, let me know, I'd greatly appreciated, my AIM is SOuthernSmok07, or just post here.
