How exactly do you decide who becomes characters?

How t request a character: first, you request becoming a character, then, if your popuar enough, I'll ask you to draw how you'd want to look like. If the look's something I can live with, then your in. Also, you'll slowly fade away if your not popular enough.

I'd be cool to be a character in your comic. This is from my Gunjin profile.

Age: 14
Height: 5' 3"
Weight: 120 lbs

Weapons: OmniHilt, OmniGlove. Using advanced technology, the OmniGlove can transform into virtually any tool or equipment, and the OmniHilt uses force technology, being able to shape into any weapon. The hilt can also come apart into two hilts, for double weapons such as sai.
Armor: Sprite suit. Provides limited protection against heat, electricity, and cold. Adanmantine plates on some parts (as seen on picture) but all other spots are vulnerable. The boots have jets. OmniGoggles. Provides protection from lasers, light, and flashes. They also have several other funtions such as night vision, binoculars, and a data screen.

Skills: Has mastered several forms of weapon combat. Very intellgent and a gifted inventor. Very agile.

Limits: Magnetism can disrupt his equipment.

He is an adventurer and bounty hunter.

Maybe I can be the "High Tech" kind of character.
