During her stay in California, HotD lingers in a posh hotel without Internet access. Therefore, I must pass on this somewhat important message she told me to post:

HI!!! I'm having tonnes of fun and missing you all. The snow yesterday totally rocked! I want MORE! Wish you were all here. *laughs* Oh and thanks for not burning anything down yet.

By the way, tell her that as long as she's in the States, she's going to start spelling like it. "Tonnes" is now "tons", "colour" is now "color", and "Midwest accents" are now "sexy".

I still think she should make that sidestop in Toronto. That way, she can still spell Commonwealth without being hassled by the Amerikans.

Yes. The majority of our sports are on ice (iced curling, iced football, iced basketball, iced in-line roller skating, etc.). It is as a consequence that the leading cause of death in Canada is frostbite.
