Does avoiding talking about her past make her feel all uncomfortable? Has she ever wanted to talk about her past to her friends to have them understand her better?

Not really. I guess I would say Cream is not used to functioning in a liberated society, unlike Nocturnal. I would say she looks to Yama for guidance.

It's there. Eventually, the mind shall open more as the story develops.
