This is a classic example of Shane's division of power among his assistant Admins. Tritoch takes over the job of administrating the message boards, and Weapon takes over the equally important role of being sarcastic.

By splitting his power like this, Shane makes it harder for losers like Justin of the RDA to bug Shane for being a GRAET POWAR ABSUAR.
