What does the misc forum mean? What is it supposed to be? What are you supposed to post about in it?

Yeah, it used to be okay, having intellegent discussion about TV and Politics, but that stuff got moved to NetGenForums, and as a result, people started talking about it in VGF Main because they're stupid and don't want to register at Netgen.
