...I'm sorry on everybody on Chunky Kong's team, but you've run out of time. If I could give you something for compensation, I would, but for the sake of fairness, you need to actually win it. However, if you play again, you never know if you'll go really far and win big. Keep trying, guys. Argh, I hate that.Game 1 Wyborn (captain), Panfan, Captain Namechange, UN, Microphone Kirby Wyborn, do you accept all these answers, or would you like to change one? ![]() Assuming the type match-ups of the current games, which four of the following seven types of Pokemon attacks will be "super-effective" against the target listed? Each $1,000 earned would count as one entry in the "pool" I would select from. When there are enough people selected, there will be elimination questions asked until 1 person is left standing. That person gets a direct shot at a $1,000,000 question (and if they pass it, possibly $2,000,000......) However, since there are no scores, I will delay this drawing until later. I won't say exactly when later... but soon. Last edited by S1x; 10-18-2007 at 09:20 PM. | |

| I'll try to stop disappointment like that... the next game Chunky Kong joins cannot be as a captain. Sorry dude, but twice in a row you've led a team that hasn't gone beyond $100,000. This isn't permanent, though. Game 1 Wyborn (captain), Panfan, Captain Namechange, UN, Microphone Kirby Okay, all the answers are final and I'll now reveal them. An Electric attack against Cloyster... that one is correct. That one is due to its Water weakness, from being a Water/Ice type. A Water attack against Probopass... it's a Rock/Steel type, so that one is correct. A Dark attack against Gardevoir... correct again. It's a Psychic type. It's up to one more answer... if a Fire attack is super-effective versus a Magneton. If it is, you've got $500,000. But if it isn't, you've got nothing. Soooo... I've got $50,000 to guarantee you right now. Your team can take this and walk away right now if you are worried about that last answer. $10,000 for each of you would still be nice, and it would guarantee all five of you some entries into that drawing I talked about a couple posts ago. So, Wyborn, this decision is up to you. What are you going to do? ![]() Assuming the type match-ups of the current games, which four of the following seven types of Pokemon attacks will be "super-effective" against the target listed? | Game 1 Wyborn (captain), Panfan, Captain Namechange, UN, Microphone Kirby I'm revealing it now for you guys. You were confident that a Fire attack does extra damage against Magneton... are you correct? ....... ....... ....... ....... ...... ...... ...... ...... ..... ..... ..... ..... .... .... .... .... ... ... ... ... .. .. .. .. . . . . It's super effective! Alright, Wyborn, your team now has $500,000. That equals $100,000 for everybody. But where you stand right now, you could try and double that. You're two questions away from $2,000,000, everybody seems to be doing well, and you still have your Freebie. I'm warning you now that you will not have a lot of time to answer this question, so your team needs to be on it. This may not be as simple a decision as it was before. I won't stop pointing out that the scoreboard is blank right now. Do you want to go on, risk everything, and see if your team can clear the $1,000,000 question? The category for the next question is: Lyrics. Game 2 Marchie (captain), Tazy, i_am_nobody, dux, Chunky Kong Welcome, team, to Greed. Hope you can earn something this time... you've seen how it works from previous posts, so let's get started with the first question of the game. ![]() (Time: 72 hours) Which of these Scrabble tiles is not worth 1 point? I'll always be in WoT, if you need to find me, but I'm online all the time so I don't think it'll be an issue. Plus if we need it, we could always use the freebie. |
