He was actually just drunk and was nice enough to hold the ground still for us trick or treaters. What scares you? Scare? Not so much, I am rather uncomfortable in locked spaces. (I promise not to make a religious rant in this thread) Samhain is the original festival, performed on the last day of the Celtic year (Just after the Harvest) to ward against Evil Faeries and foul spirits. As Christianity spread, the Gaelic/Celtic holiday was pulled with an 'altered' meaning. What is your earliest memory of Halloween? I was a pirate, the most awesome of the awesome pirates, but had to see a optometrist instead of getting candy because she put the patch over the wrong eye and I could not see anything. What's the scariest costume you've ever seen? A dude down the hall from me is the chainsaw guy from RE4 this year. The burlap sack & screaming are what make it scary. Once, before going trick-or-treating with my friend Bobby, we decorated his porch with him in a full sweatsuit & gloves & a Gene Simmons mask. He just laid back in a chair really still with a bowl of candy in his lap. I think you can guess the rest. What scares you? Heights, uncontrolled flame, agitated deadly animals, bees, & people jumping out on the rare occasion that I don't know they're there. What are your favourite foodstuffs at Halloween?
