I know I've done my best to ignore everything and anything about him. Especially when he looks like such a twit. :[ |

Judging an entire group by the actions of a few jackasses, I mean. (Well, there's some exceptions, of course. Like Nazis. I don't care how swell you Nazis out there are, I'm bound to look down on you a little. Sorry.) __________________ Boo--the only dude bad enough to rescue the president |

It was an odd little film, in which an American conman is kidnapped to a weird Australian mining camp. Features lots of Rogers and Hammerstein music, fantastically obscene language, and sexy, sexy woman. There's a gigantic lightning-shooting kangaroo, too. Funny movie. __________________ Boo--the only dude bad enough to rescue the president |

I've heard the word zonked before as well but am not sure whether that's from America or that I used to live next door to a girl from New Zealand. The rest of that list is quite possibly not English or just made up to confuse us. __________________ A bird in the hand will just keep pecking and pecking and pecking and pecking... until your hand starts to bleed. | ||

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

A lot of words people think are Aussie slang really aren't limited to Australia. Did you happen to know the Vegemite is slang for "Too salty"? |

I ask because I seem to recall seeing that in a version of "Waltzing Matilda" that had translation notes for those of us who live in Not-Australia. Bah. You Australians. Tossing around weirdo words all catty-wampus. Halt's maul, for cripes sakes. __________________ Boo--the only dude bad enough to rescue the president |
