I never understood why Easter just pops up on a calendar, with no apparent rules behind when it happens. It's just like the Lunar New Year, except that I actually get a day off =/

^The way they figure out Easter's date is complicated. If I remember correctly, it's the first Sunday after the first full moon after the vernal equinox. Explains why sometimes it's in March, and sometimes in April.
