I'm more angry about the fact that so many of my memories lie with WoT. I mean, it's how SML and I really got to be ~~friends~~ people who hate each other a lot, and is sure one of the reasons I actually exploded onto the VGF scene (I was relatively unknown before WoT).

Yeah, WoT is what helped me jump-start into VGF. I mean, ML introduced me to the forum and stuff, but I had no idea where to post so I started introducing myself to people in WoT and bada-boom-bada-bang. Plus, there are so many cool memories from WoT. Even if a few have been all spam, there are a few that are really fun and interesting.

(Holy crap, I lost 2500 posts.)

A lot of it, sure, (how else did the top people get as far as they did? Heck, look at me for my small amount of posts.) But not all of the SPAM is in such a configuration to literally unbalance the server.
