I mean, any country you were not born in. I'm sorry, I should have been more specific. You can have lived there for 4 months or many years.

In other words, if you had to have a citizens requirement.

Yes.

And I've never even really been to a foreign country except Canada. My bestest friend did live in Ukraine for over half of her life, though.

Lets' see...Yugoslavia for several years, Costa Rica for three years, and the U.S for 4 years.

Going back to Canada later this year.

No... although we came close to moving to Norway once upon a time... It still could happen, I guess, but I doubt it'd be any time soon!!
