I actually decided to go on my own for as long as I can... I'm slowly getting stuff after pondering at random times of the day. So, I haven't actually clicked on any of these links and borrowed your answers.

Religious cult + X-Files => Red Museum; Museum + Hospital + Wisconsin => Fort Crawford Military Hospital.

But... it's not. I still totally think it's the Fort Crawford Military Hospital. If I were the one who made this puzzle, I would have won by now =p

Yeah, so I accidentally stumbled on the solution. Stymied, I started expanding the Oldsmobile vertex. After a while, I realized that the top-right of the screen said "Meta-puzzle solved!" It did not feel like a proper victory =/
